Overview
To enable large-scale skilling across institutions, a structured eight-week learning initiative was implemented to equip students with practical, industry-relevant capabilities within a short timeframe. The program addressed key challenges such as scaling learning across regions, ensuring consistent delivery and bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. It combined virtual instructor-led training with digital labs, hands-on capstone projects and weekly mentoring sessions led by industry practitioners, ensuring learners gained real-world exposure alongside strong technical foundations. Faculty development programs were also embedded to strengthen delivery quality and ensure uniform outcomes across institutions. A cloud-based platform enabled seamless access, standardized delivery and progress tracking at scale. The initiative successfully upskilled over 87,000 students, facilitated the completion of more than 9,000 capstone projects and trained 600+ faculty members—significantly improving student readiness and employability for new-age, technology-driven job roles.
